Casino Action Payments and Secure Banking Options
Manage your deposits and withdrawals at Casino Action through an account in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Available payment methods and transaction limits are displayed in the cashier, where you can check the conditions before confirming a payment.
Withdrawal times include several stages: the Casino’s pending period, processing, and delivery by the payment provider. Completing verification and understanding any active bonus requirements can help you avoid unnecessary delays.
Making deposits
Deposits start from C$10, with processing times depending on the payment method. Check your cashier for the options and limits available to your account.
| Payment method | Minimum deposit* | Estimated processing time* |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | C$10 | From 15 minutes |
| Visa / Mastercard | C$10 | Instant |
| Electronic Check / Bank Transfer | C$10 | Instant to 15 minutes |
| MuchBetter | C$10 | From 15 minutes |
| Flexepin / Neosurf | C$10 | From 15 minutes |
| Cryptocurrencies | C$10 equivalent | 15 minutes to 1 hour |
Availability, limits, and processing times depend on the options displayed in your cashier. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery times.
Use payment accounts registered in your own name. For cryptocurrency deposits, check the supported coin, network, conversion rate, and amount to be credited before completing the transfer.
Flexepin and Neosurf are deposit options. If you use a prepaid voucher, contact support to confirm an eligible method for withdrawing your winnings.

Withdrawals and processing time
Check the withdrawal minimum in your cashier before submitting a request. The banking guide below lists C$50 for the methods shown, but a different limit may apply to your account or selected payment option. Direct Bank Transfers may have separate requirements.
| Payment method | Minimum withdrawal | Withdrawal Time* |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | C$50 | 1–2 business days |
| Visa / Mastercard | C$50 | Up to 3 business days |
| MuchBetter | C$50 | Within 1 business day |
| Electronic Check | C$50 | 2–5 business days |
| Cryptocurrencies | C$50 equivalent | Depends on network conditions |
These estimates exclude the pending period, casino processing, and any verification delays.
How withdrawal processing works
All withdrawal requests enter a 48-hour pending period. Once that period expires, CasinoAction processes the request on the following business day, provided verification has been completed satisfactorily.
The payment provider’s delivery time begins after the Casino releases the funds. A withdrawal therefore does not necessarily arrive within 48 hours, even when you choose an electronic wallet or cryptocurrency.
Until a withdrawal is processed, you can reverse all or part of it into your casino account. Any funds returned to your balance and subsequently used for play remain your responsibility.
Why a withdrawal may take longer
Several conditions can affect when your winnings arrive:
| Reason | How it affects your withdrawal |
|---|---|
| Mandatory pending period | The request remains pending for 48 hours before it becomes eligible for processing |
| Business-day processing | Processing takes place on the business day following the end of the pending period |
| Incomplete verification | Missing, unclear, or unacceptable documents can prevent approval |
| Payment ownership checks | Additional evidence may be needed to confirm that a card, bank account, or wallet belongs to you |
| Source-of-funds checks | Further financial information may be required before funds are released |
| Unfinished bonus wagering | Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable requirements are completed |
| Payment limits | Daily limits may require the withdrawal to be paid in instalments |
| Provider processing | Banks, payment processors, and cryptocurrency networks may require additional delivery time |
If your winnings substantially exceed your total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, a $4,000 weekly withdrawal restriction applies. Casino Action may increase or decrease that amount at its discretion.
Payments can also be divided across successive weekdays because of limits imposed by banks, payment processors, card schemes, or other financial institutions.
If a withdrawal takes longer than expected, contact support with its date, amount, payment method, and transaction reference. Ask whether the request is pending, awaiting verification, being processed, or already released.
Verification requirements
Casino Action may request verification after a deposit or before processing a withdrawal. Additional checks can apply even if you have withdrawn successfully before.
You may need to provide:
- A valid passport, driver’s licence, or government-issued identity card.
- A bank statement or utility bill confirming your address, dated within the last 3 months.
- Evidence that you own the payment account used for deposits or withdrawals.
- Further information about your source of funds.
Documents must be clear, readable, and complete. Certification by a registered Notary or professional may be required. Withdrawals can remain unprocessed until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Bonus wagering requirements
Your casino balance consists of separate cash and bonus funds. Bonus money can be used for wagering but cannot be withdrawn directly.
| Bonus | Wagering requirement | When the funds become withdrawable |
|---|---|---|
| First deposit bonus | 200× the bonus amount | After the requirement is completed and bonus funds convert to cash |
| Second deposit bonus | 200× the bonus amount | After the requirement is completed and bonus funds convert to cash |
| Subsequent bonuses from the third deposit | 30× the bonus amount | After the applicable play-through is completed |
A C$100 bonus at 200× requires C$20,000 in qualifying wagers when playing games with a 100% contribution. A C$100 bonus at 30× requires C$3,000 at the same contribution rate.
Game contributions
Both cash and bonus wagers can count towards play-through, subject to the game’s contribution rate. New games may have separately determined contributions.
For the first and second deposits, you can withdraw the cash portion of your balance before completing bonus wagering. However, this forfeits remaining bonus funds, including associated bonuses that have not yet been credited or redeemed.
The 7-day welcome offer condition concerns making your first deposit to claim the promotion. It is not a universal seven-day wagering deadline for every bonus.
| Game category | Contribution towards wagering |
|---|---|
| Eligible slots | 100% |
| Table games, parlour games, and other game types | 2% |
| Live Casino games | 2% |
| All Aces Video Poker | 0% |
| Flippin’ Awesome Shields of Asgard | 0% |
| Double-up wagers | 0% |
Withdrawing to another card or wallet
Casino Action may require withdrawals to be returned to financial accounts previously used for deposits. You cannot assume that a different card, bank account, or wallet will automatically be accepted.
If your original card has expired, your payment account is unavailable, or your deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, contact support to arrange an eligible alternative. New payment details can be added or updated through the Casino or customer service.
The receiving account must be in your own name. Using another person’s card, bank account, or wallet can lead to account suspension. Adding a new payment method does not remove payment ownership and verification requirements.
Payment and bonus restrictions
To avoid withdrawal problems, observe the following rules:
- Maintain only one casino account and do not claim sign up bonuses repeatedly.
- Do not use payment accounts belonging to another person.
- Do not transfer money between individual casino accounts.
- Do not fund multiple Players’ financial accounts from a common source.
- Provide accurate registration information and genuine verification documents.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available when a deposit is made and when your payment account is debited.
- Do not exploit software errors, manipulate gameplay, or use prohibited account strategies.
Deposits that are charged back, recalled, disputed, revoked, or otherwise unpaid can result in voided winnings, confiscated balances, and locked accounts across the Casino Rewards network.
Restrictions while using bonuses
Before completing a bonus’s wagering requirement, a single bet must remain below 25% of the credited bonus amount. In roulette, this means the combined value of all chips placed for one spin.
Other prohibited promotional practices include:
- Using autoplay to complete bonus wagering.
- Using double-up features to increase bet values.
- Placing even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, or Roulette.
- Using deliberate minimum-risk, equal, zero-margin, or hedge betting to circumvent bonus conditions.
- Starting a game feature after the bonus balance used to build its credits has reached zero.
- Withdrawing deposited funds before redeeming associated bonus funds.
Breaches can lead to withheld withdrawals, forfeited winnings, or account restrictions.
Fees and currency conversion
Casino Action does not charge its own deposit fees. Your bank, payment provider, or financial intermediary may charge separately.
A CAD account does not eliminate every conversion cost. If a withdrawal must be processed in another currency, conversion uses the average daily interbank market rate plus a 2.5% conversion fee.
Confirm the applicable charge before requesting a CAD transfer or a withdrawal of exactly 3,000 units, as these are not specified in this fee schedule.
Direct Bank Transfers carry separate charges:
| Transfer amount | Published DBT fee |
|---|---|
| Under 3,000 units | US$50, €35, or £30 |
| Over 3,000 units | US$100, €70, or £60 |
Cryptocurrency network fees and exchange-rate movements can also cause the amount received to differ from the amount requested.
