  3. The following conditions apply to the Terms of Use Agreement:
    1. You may download one copy of this Agreement onto a single computer for personal, non-commercial use at home. Any reproduction, creation of derivative works, distribution, performance, or display beyond this requires prior written permission from Casino Action.

    3. The Player consents to the Casino using, processing, and analysing all Player Data for artificial intelligence training, machine learning model development, and related research. 6. The English Terms and Conditions published and periodically updated on this Website are the basis for all translated versions. Translations are supplied in good faith as a service. If a translation differs from or creates ambiguity when compared with the English version, the English version takes precedence.
  7. If a court or regulatory body declares any provision of this Agreement invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The invalid provision must, where possible, be interpreted in an acceptable way that most closely reflects its original purpose.

  1. An account is considered dormant when a Player has not placed a wager or bet, or has not deposited or withdrawn funds, within a period determined by the Casino.
  2. To protect Player funds, Casino Action will remove remaining account balances, which may include cash and bonus funds, within a maximum of 60 days. Bonus funds will be forfeited. Transfers between accounts

  1. Transfers of funds between individual Player accounts are strictly prohibited.

Account suspension and closure

  1. Casino Action may close or suspend an account at its sole discretion by providing appropriate notice and reasons. Grounds include, without limitation, unauthorised account use. Account balances will not be refunded.

  3. You must notify Casino Action immediately if you discover unauthorised account use, theft of login credentials, or any other security breach.
  4. To close your casino account, contact support.

Verification procedure

  1. Casino Action may request verification documents after a deposit and/or before processing a withdrawal. Where necessary, documents may need certification by a registered Notary or registered professional. Requested documents may include, without limitation:
    1. Evidence that you own the financial accounts used for deposits or withdrawals, such as a copy of the physical payment card, a statement for the relevant bank account, or screenshots of online wallets and other payment methods.
    2. A copy of valid identification, such as a passport, driver’s licence, or government-issued identity card.
    3. Proof of residence, such as a bank statement or utility bill, no older than 3 months.
  2. Documents must be clear and readable. If documents are incomplete, obscured, appear altered, or are otherwise considered unacceptable, the Player must provide further information until Casino Action can satisfactorily verify their identity.
  3. Where Casino Action has reasonable grounds to believe that documents are false or information is misleading or incorrect, it will reject those documents. Failed verification may result in account termination and/or rejection of a withdrawal request.
  4. A withdrawal may remain unprocessed until identity verification has been completed satisfactorily.

Bots and prohibited software

  1. Using or exploiting malicious software or bugs in games available through the Casino platform is illegal.
  2. Using software or hardware to influence or change game outcomes or obtain financial gain is strictly prohibited. Any money acquired through these methods will be confiscated immediately.
  3. The use of a Virtual Machine is also treated as a deliberate attempt to manipulate gameplay or deceive the Casino. Any financial gains obtained under these circumstances will be confiscated.

Interruptions to casino activity

  1. Casino Action accepts no liability for damage or loss considered or alleged to arise from, or relate to, its casino software or content. This includes, without limitation, operational or transmission delays and interruptions, data loss or corruption, communication or line failures, payment processing, misuse of the Website or its content, and errors or omissions in that content. Casino Action may close or suspend a Player’s account with appropriate notice and reasons.
  2. If system or communication errors affect random number generation, bet settlement, or another part of the Service, we are not liable for resulting losses and may void all bets placed on the affected games.
  3. If the Casino system malfunctions, all wagers placed during the malfunction and payouts obtained from an affected game or service are void. This includes, without limitation, failures involving operating systems, browsers, software, or hardware.
  4. We may refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion for any reason. If we deem or declare a stake void, any amount deducted from your casino account for that stake or wager will be credited back.A wager becomes valid only when accepted by our server. Before acceptance, communications from a Player do not bind us, and information displayed on the Website constitutes only an invitation to play.A malfunction involving a website, software, or device voids all plays and payouts. If we waive a rule in the interest of fair play, that exception applies only to the specific instance and does not create a precedent.
  5. Casino Action may void winnings resulting from hardware or software errors or malfunctions. Players who exploit such problems may have their accounts closed and their deposits and/or winnings forfeited. All bets are void in the event of a website system malfunction.

Responsible gambling

  1. Gambling is intended as leisure and entertainment, but it can become addictive. We support responsible gambling by providing:
    1. Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
    2. A 6-month self-exclusion period.
    3. Deposit limits.
    4. Referrals to organisations that assist with problem gambling.
See our [Responsible Gambling Policy](/en/responsible-gambling/) for complete information.

Support, disputes and complaints

  1. Contact Support Centre with questions, disputes, or complaints.
  2. If a claim or dispute concerns a past or current transaction, please contact us. If we cannot resolve it, we will refer it to eCogra, our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. Its decision will be final, subject to all parties receiving full representation.
  3. Complaints and claims of any kind must be submitted within 6 months of the issue arising.
  4. Players may also submit complaints directly to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission at [email protected].

Sign up offer terms

  1. This offer is available only to new Players who register an account.
  2. All bonus amounts are credited as bonus funds, rather than cash, to the Player’s casino account or Casino Rewards account.
  3. Each deposit is assessed separately for this promotion. Consecutive deposits cannot be combined to meet the [sign up bonus](/en/bonus/) requirements. Only the first five individual deposits determine the bonus amounts awarded under this offer.
  4. To avoid uncertainty about the promotion and winnings transferred to the casino account, the Player agrees to complete the wagering requirements attached to all bonuses and winnings, as described in the “General promotion terms” and “Bonus and cash account terms” below.
  5. The promotion must be claimed by making a first deposit within 7 days. After this period, Casino Action may modify the promotion.

Bonus and cash account terms

  1. A Player’s total balance comprises a cash balance and a bonus balance.
  2. Bonus funds may be used for wagering but cannot be cashed in directly.
  3. For the first and second deposits, the cash portion of the balance may be withdrawn at any time. Doing so forfeits any remaining bonus funds, including bonuses linked to the withdrawn deposits that have not yet been credited or redeemed.
  4. Bonuses for the first and second deposits require 200 times play-through before the bonus balance converts to cash. Once converted, those funds may be withdrawn.
  5. Subsequent bonuses credited from the third deposit onward require 30 times play-through before they can be cashed in.
  6. Wagers contribute towards play-through whether they are placed using cash or bonus funds.
  7. Wagering towards withdrawal requirements begins when all bonus funds have been added to the casino account.
  8. Before the third deposit, each wager is deducted proportionally from the cash and bonus balances according to their respective shares of the total balance. Winnings are returned to those balances in the same proportions.A withdrawal resets the bonus balance to zero. Therefore, a Player who withdraws deposited money loses any remaining bonus balance. After the third deposit, wagers are taken from the cash account first. Bonus funds are used only when no cash balance is available.
  9. Before the third deposit, winnings are allocated to the cash and bonus balances in the same proportions used to fund the wager. After the third deposit, winnings from cash-funded wagers go to the cash account, while winnings from bonus-funded wagers go to the bonus account.
  10. After the third deposit, if crediting winnings would increase the bonus balance beyond the total bonus amounts, the excess is credited to the cash account. This calculation takes account of any automatic transfers already made from the bonus account to the cash account.
  11. If another bonus is redeemed before a deposit is made, outstanding wagering requirements from the previous bonus carry over.
  12. Games may contribute different percentages, up to 100%, towards play-through requirements. For example:
    1. A Player receiving a $100 bonus would need to wager approximately $20,000 on slot games contributing 100% before attempting a withdrawal.
  13. Game contributions are as follows:
    1. Slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
    2. Table games, including poker, blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, along with parlour games and all other game types, contribute 2%.
    3. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin’ Awesome Shields of Asgard do not contribute towards wagering requirements and do not earn loyalty points.
    4. Casino Action may set the contribution rate for new games according to their metrics at release.
  14. Double-up play on any Casino Action game does not contribute towards wagering requirements.
  15. All Live Casino games, whether table, parlour, or other games, contribute 2% towards wagering requirements.

General promotion terms

  1. Each promotion may be claimed only once per device, person, household, family, physical address, email address, financial account, IP address, or shared network environment, such as a library, workplace, university, or school. Winnings associated with repeat bonus claims will be confiscated and the casino account closed.
  2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. They apply only to deposits and wagers at Casino Action.
  3. We will make every effort to credit promotional bonuses within one business day or sooner. Bonuses earned over a specified period, such as a weekend or month, will be awarded within one business day after that period ends. This means the Monday following a weekend or the first business day of the next month, as applicable.
  4. If the card, e-wallet, or financial account used to deposit for a sign up bonus is not in the registered Player’s name, the Casino may void winnings. Attempting to withdraw related bonus winnings to a card, e-wallet, or financial account in another person’s name may also result in those winnings being voided.
  5. Promotions are reviewed regularly, and Casino Action may change an offer or its terms at any time.
  6. Casino Action may correct errors in awarded bonus points, casino credits, or prizes. Winnings will remain unaffected, but the casino account balance will be adjusted to the correct amount when an error is identified.
  7. Promotional bonuses or prizes left unused in a casino account for more than 60 days from registration will be forfeited. A bonus or prize is considered used once its minimum wagering requirements have been completed. The sign up bonus is determined by the account opening date. If an account remains dormant after registration, the Player will still receive the sign up offer that applied when they joined Casino Action.
  8. If a Player wins an amount that Casino Management considers worthy of publicity, the Player agrees to be available for related events arranged by Casino Action. The Casino will make every effort to protect the Player’s privacy.
  9. While protecting the personal data entrusted to us, Casino Action may use Players’ first names and/or initials in announcements about promotional results.
  10. Casino Action honours only promotions specifically advertised on its own Website. Offers published by other parties, including affiliates or organisations, may not be recognised and are therefore considered invalid.
  11. Promotional materials sent by Casino Rewards are intended only for the named recipient and cannot be transferred. To participate, Players must have received a written invitation addressed to them from Casino Rewards.
  12. Unless the promotion’s terms state otherwise, merchandise or cash promotions and giveaways do not include taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, postage, or delivery.
  13. Cash prizes awarded by Casino Action will be paid directly into the recipient’s Casino Rewards account or casino account.
  14. Casino Action may restrict a Player’s eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
  15. With appropriate notice, Casino Action may remove the sign up offer or further promotions from an account and/or linked accounts for any reason, including breaches of promotional terms. Activity designed to take advantage of our offers is considered a breach. Examples include, without limitation:
    1. Exploiting promotional offers without demonstrating any risk to personal funds or a serious intention to play. Redemption of those offers, including sign up bonuses, will be suspended until the Player establishes a playing history that periodically involves risking personal funds at the Casino.
    2. Using multiple-account or proxy-account strategies.
  16. Casino Action may withhold withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings arising from irregular play. Irregular play includes, without limitation:
    1. Placing a single bet equal to or greater than 25% of the credited bonus before completing that bonus’s play-through requirement. In roulette, a single bet means the combined value of all chips on the table when the wheel is spun.
    2. Using a double-up feature to increase bet values.
    3. Placing even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, or Roulette.
    4. Starting a game feature after the bonus balance used to build credits towards that feature has reached zero.
    5. Withdrawing all or part of a deposit before redeeming the associated bonus funds.
    6. Using autoplay to meet bonus account wagering requirements.
    7. Deliberately using minimum-risk, equal, zero-margin, or hedge betting to meet bonus wagering requirements in a way that circumvents their intended spirit.
  17. Employees, officers, and directors of Casino Action, its promotional or other agencies, licensees, licensors, service providers, and associated or affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. This exclusion also applies to their immediate families.

Payments and winnings

General payment terms

  1. Players are responsible for understanding the conditions under which payments are accepted and winnings paid, and for keeping informed of changes. Casino Action may also communicate updates to these Terms by email.
  2. Players must not deposit funds that are dishonestly or unlawfully obtained, represent criminal proceeds, are intended for money laundering or terrorist financing, or would otherwise generally be considered illegal.
  3. Casino Action may confiscate a withdrawal or account balance suspected of being connected with fraudulent activity, including identity theft or payment fraud.
  4. Criminal or suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. Suspected or confirmed activity may lead to indefinite account suspension, voided winnings, and confiscation of balances.
  5. Transfers between Players’ financial accounts, or funding multiple Players’ financial accounts from a common source, are considered fraudulent and may be investigated. Casino Action may void related winnings, suspend associated casino accounts indefinitely, and confiscate their balances.
  6. If a financial account used for deposits or withdrawals is not in the registered Player’s name, Casino Action may suspend the casino account and/or financial account indefinitely.
  7. Players must ensure sufficient funds are available in the financial accounts used to deposit, both when the deposit is made and when the account is debited. If funds are insufficient at either point, Casino Action may reject deposits, void winnings, and confiscate account balances. At its sole discretion, Casino Action may request satisfactory evidence that sufficient funds were available at the relevant time. The Player agrees to provide that evidence.
  8. If a deposit is repudiated, recalled, charged back, disputed, revoked, or otherwise remains unpaid, the Player’s winnings will be voided, balances confiscated, and all casino accounts across the Casino Rewards network locked. If Casino Action chooses not to exercise any of these rights on one occasion, this does not waive its right to enforce this or any other provision in the future.
  9. Players are responsible for retaining copies of transaction records and previous and current Website policies and rules.
  10. Casino Action may conduct identity, source-of-funds, financial account, and other background due diligence checks, requesting supporting documents and information where needed. Failure to comply fully or partly allows the Casino to void winnings, restrict deposits and withdrawals, confiscate balances, and lock the account indefinitely. See “Verification procedure” for details about security documents.
  11. Casino Action does not charge deposit fees. However, payment providers, financial intermediaries, or the Player’s financial institution may impose transaction fees in addition to the amount deposited. Such fees are uncommon for most Players, but if they arise, the Player agrees that the Casino is not liable for them.
  12. If you request that your CVC code, the three-digit number on the back of your credit or debit card, be stored for a specific card on the device used to access the Casino, you also consent to its retrieval and use for future casino purchases. You accept full responsibility for this arrangement.

Winnings and withdrawals

  1. Winnings are credited to the Player’s cleared casino balance in the account currency. To withdraw part or all of the balance, the Player must enter the requested amount within the Casino and select a withdrawal method.
  2. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, day, week, or month. These limits vary by country and withdrawal method.
  3. If a withdrawal must be processed in a currency different from the casino account currency, it will be converted using the average daily interbank market rate plus a 2.5% currency conversion fee.
  4. Direct Bank Transfers (DBT) carry the following withdrawal fees:
    • Under 3000 units, the fee is US$50.00, €35.00, or £30.00.
    • Over 3000 units, the fee is US$100.00, €70.00, or £60.00.
  5. The Casino is not responsible for differences between requested and received amounts caused by network fees or foreign exchange fluctuations. This includes, without limitation, alternative deposit and withdrawal methods that use distributed ledger or blockchain technology.
  6. Casino Action may, and in many cases must, return withdrawals to financial accounts previously used by the Player to make deposits.
  7. Casino Action may deduct amounts owed because of chargebacks, disputes, or other outstanding dues from winnings or withdrawals. Where possible, the Player may be notified before this happens.
  8. Payment details may be added or updated only within the Casino or by contacting customer service.
  9. Withdrawals remain pending for 48 hours and are processed on the following business day after that period expires. Until processing takes place, Players may reverse all or part of a withdrawal. Any reversal into the casino account before processing is the Player’s responsibility. Processing may be delayed until verification is completed satisfactorily.
  10. Players whose winnings substantially exceed their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos may withdraw no more than $4,000 per week. Casino Action may increase or decrease that weekly amount at its sole discretion for business reasons.
  11. Payments to bank accounts, cards, and e-wallets are subject to daily limits, including limits imposed directly or indirectly by regulators, card schemes, banks, payment processors, and financial institutions. Depending on the withdrawal method, winnings may be paid in portions on successive weekdays until the full balance has been paid.
  12. After Casino Action releases a payment, additional time may be required for it to reach the nominated financial account. These times vary by payment method, processor, and bank and are outside our control. Casino Action is not responsible for delays in transferring released payments into your nominated bank account.
